Remove & Restore Tasks: Quotes are fully customizable regarding which repair tasks to include. Quotes will automatically adjust their totals for an accurate understanding of the cost of repairs.
Flexible Payment Options: If a client doesn’t want to be ‘out-of-pocket’ up front, or if an agent wants to use part of their commission to cover the repairs, TheQwikFix offers the option to fund repairs out of escrow among other flexible payment options, including a 10% deposit on repairs over $5K.
Specialty Reports: In addition to a home inspection completed by any inspector, specialty reports can be priced out and included all within the same quote. Separate sewer scope or roof inspection? No problem!
