We are reaching out as a precautionary measure to ensure the security of your MLS account.
We’ve identified that some of our users who utilize the same email address across multiple platforms may be at increased risk.
While our MLS systems remain secure, we’ve seen signs that some accounts may have been impacted due to reused credentials.
To protect your account, we are requiring a password reset.

CRMLS Citation Review Request

The California Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual provides two (2) options for contesting an MLS Citation:

Option 1: Panel Written Review, or;

Option 2: Full Evidentiary Hearing.

Please note the following:

  • A Citation Review Request Form must be received within 20 days of the Citation date.
  • If the Citation requires that a correction must be made to the listing, such correction must be made prior to submitting the Review Request. If the correction is not made, the Review Request will be rejected.
  • Upon submitting the Review Request, for either option the invoice for the violation fine will be voided pending the Review’s outcome.
  • For either option, an Administrative Processing Fee will be applied if the Review Panel upholds the Citation.
  • Administrative Fees are listed below. If the Review Panel finds that no violation occurred, no fines or fees will be due.

Please provide the required information and read the explanations below to select an option to contest the Citation(s) at issue.
