CRMLS was founded in 1979 as Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service (MRMLS) in Pomona, CA and, after undergoing multiple, successful mergers and AOR conversions throughout its history, rebranded as California Regional MLS (CRMLS) to better represent its expanded coverage across the state.
Backed by experienced leadership and dedicated staff, CRMLS has been a reliable cornerstone in the industry and has met the evolving needs of real estate professionals like over 45 years. We’re in it for the long-run and will continue to adapt and advance to meet real estate professional’s needs.

• Choice in MLS Systems: CRMLS supports three MLS front-end systems including Matrix, Paragon and Flexmls. In 2025, Perchwell will be available as a fourth MLS front end option.

The dedicated CRMLS Compliance Department works to ensure data is accurate and up to date while enforcing MLS rules.
