Buyer’s Agent Change Request (BACR)

If information regarding the Buyer’s Agent or Co-Buyer’s Agent on a Closed listing needs to be modified, CRMLS requires that the CRMLS Buyer’s Agent Change Request (“BACR”) form be completed, signed, and submitted to the MLS online along with supporting documentation.

Note: Any requests submitted to the MLS without a completed PDF BACR Form will be denied.

This process requires two steps.

Fill out the online form & attach the PDF from Step #1.
