This form is for the sole purpose of reporting potential Clear Cooperation Policy/CRMLS Rule 7.9 violations. Specifically, it is for any instance of off-MLS public marketing of properties that are subject to an Exclusive Listing Agreement and are being marketed to the public without being entered into the MLS as Coming Soon or Active within one (1) business day.
