CRMLS Appoints Amy A. Ulloa-Zúñiga as Director of Broker Resources

SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA, March 19, 2018 – California Regional MLS has appointed Amy A. Ulloa-Zúñiga as its Director of Broker Resources. Ulloa-Zúñiga enters the newly created role with over a decade of real estate industry experience, most recently serving as West Coast Regional Director for REALTORS® Property Resource® (RPR).
At CRMLS, she will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships between CRMLS and its participating brokers. Specific responsibilities include managing broker-targeted communications, liaising with brokers to uncover common and emergent MLS-related concerns, and working interdepartmentally within CRMLS to address these concerns.
In addition to her role at RPR, where she expanded market partnerships between RPR and local MLSs and Associations, Ulloa-Zúñiga has served as the zipForm® Product Coordinator for the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and the Compliance Director for Keller Williams Beach Cities in Hermosa Beach, California. She began her career in the real estate industry as an Executive Assistant for the Inglewood Board of REALTORS®.

A Los Angeles native, Ulloa-Zúñiga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Central American Studies from California State University-Northridge. Her interests outside of work include science fiction, L.A. architecture and history, and getting lost in museums with her husband, Victor.
