CRMLS to Add Glide, A New System for Completing Disclosure Forms, to Association Product Co-Op

CHINO HILLS, CA – November 19, 2018 – California Regional MLS, the nation’s largest and most recognized multiple listing service, today announced a partnership with Glide, a provider of real estate software solutions that empower agents with easy-to-use, secure, and convenient new ways to complete real estate transactions online. The two parties reached an agreement, and the company’s popular Glide application will be added to CRMLS’s Association Product Co-Op line of real estate products before the end of 2018, enabling members of opt-in Associations to access the application at no additional cost.
Glide is distributed through a partnership with zipLogix and is integrated with the zipForm Plus transaction management system. CRMLS users whose Associations opt-in to Glide will soon be able to access Glide free of charge by registering at Glide.com.
When a real estate professional helps a client sell their home, the owner is required to accurately complete and submit several critical disclosure forms. These documents are commonly submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information. As a result, failure to disclose information is the #1 cause of home sale lawsuits nationwide.
Glide provides a step-by-step online interface that home sellers can use to quickly and accurately complete required paperwork. Agents can track their clients’ progress and digitally receive the finished forms on desktop and mobile as soon as they are completed.
“We’re always looking for ways to help our users streamline the requirements of their business transactions,” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “Glide alleviates a major pain point for California agents, and we’re looking forward to getting it into their hands soon through our Co-Op program.”
“The rapid adoption we have seen from California’s brokerage community since launching Glide in July has been incredibly exciting to witness,” said Sebastian Tonkin, CEO of Glide. “Today we are thrilled to build on that momentum by partnering with CRMLS, the largest MLS in the United States, to bring the benefits of Glide to members of opt-in Associations free of charge.”
CRMLS users are encouraged to contact their local Association of Board of REALTORS® office directly to determine if their Association or Board is opted-in to use Glide.
