Remove & Restore Tasks
Quotes are fully customizable regarding which repair tasks to include. Quotes will automatically adjust their totals for an accurate understanding of the cost of repairs.
Flexible Payment Options
If a client doesn’t want to be ‘out-of-pocket’ up front, or if an agent wants to use part of their commission to cover the repairs, TheQwikFix offers the option to fund repairs out of escrow among other flexible payment options, including a 10% deposit on repairs over $5K.
Specialty Reports
In addition to a home inspection completed by any inspector, specialty reports can be priced out and included all within the same quote. Separate sewer scope or roof inspection? No problem!
