For Brokers
Perchwell was created to bring the MLS user experience into the modern era. Taking into account the latest in user experience, interface, and satisfaction, Perchwell aims to be the intuitive, streamlined answer to your regular MLS duties.
Click on the “Book a Demo” button at the top of this page and fill out the form. A representative from Perchwell will contact you via your provided email address shortly.
Access the Perchwell Sign Up Form and follow the provided steps.
When you onboard Perchwell, it will run alongside your current MLS system (Matrix, Paragon, or Flexmls), allowing your agents to continue using your familiar system for day-to-day business while exploring the new platform.
To ensure a smooth transition without disrupting your daily routine, the Perchwell implementation will occur in gradual stages, running alongside your current system.
This approach allows for a seamless transition, letting users learn and explore Perchwell’s new features at their own pace while maintaining their everyday workflow.
Based on our experience with system conversions, we’ve learned that an abrupt change from one system to another can be challenging. As a result, we’re adopting a more thoughtful onboarding approach.
Perchwell has access to the same MLS data as any other system. Any changes, saved items, and listing details made in your current MLS system will translate to and appear in Perchwell.
Searching and sharing listings, client communication, and showing scheduling.
The Add/Edit feature in Perchwell will go live in a future phase of the implementation. This date will be shared with you once you’ve selected your Perchwell implementation date and process. In the meantime, add/edit will be done as usual via your current system.
Your current system will not be retired before Perchwell Add/Edit is ready to use. The date will be shared with you with enough notice to transition you and your agents to the new Add/Edit.
MLS system transitions can vary significantly in terms of complexity and effort from one Brokerage to another. You will be notified of the timeline for retiring your current system in advance.

Step 1 - To be filled out by the Broker
Download and fill out this form. If you are an agent, please contact your broker for assistance.
Upon submission of this form you are acknowledging the following: 1) you are entering into a X month contract with Perchwell, 2) the cost is $5/agent/month for the remainder of 2025, and when your current platform (Matrix, Paragon, or Flexmls) is shut off, regular dues still apply in addition to the $5/agent/month Perchwell cost.
Step 2 - To be entered by the broker's Association/Board of REALTORS(s)
Enter information into your member management system. If you have an AMS, you will need to update billing and make note that office is a Perchwell user.
Once information has been entered, submit form via email to [email protected] for processing and set-up of Perchwell based on the effective date indicated by the broker in Step 1.
