As of 5/1/20, CRMLS has implemented the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) mandated Clear Cooperation Policy, which states:
Within one (1) business day of marketing or advertising a property to any member of the public the Listing Broker must submit the property into the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants.
CRMLS has developed a Clear Cooperation Policy resources page with additional information on the new policy, FAQs, and recorded webinars.
Any property that is not to be submitted to the MLS per the instruction of the seller(s) must be excluded from the MLS by submitting a compliant exclusion form to CRMLS. The Paragon Exclusion Form, must be submitted online within 48 hours of the effective list date.
Any property that is not to be publicly marketed and therefore not submitted to the MLS per the instruction of the seller(s) must be excluded from the MLS by submitting a compliant exclusion form to CRMLS. The exclusion form used may be either the C.A.R. SELM form or a broker created form that complies with Rule 7.6.
Please note that CRMLS has adopted the NAR Clear Cooperation Policy as referenced in paragraph 9 of the C.A.R. SELM form.
