RealReports is an AI-powered property intelligence platform designed for real estate professionals. The platform provides comprehensive property reports by combining data from trusted sources. Its AI assistant, Aiden, helps agents quickly answer property-related questions, analyze complex documents such as inspection reports and seller disclosures, and uncover valuable insights for buyers and sellers.

Powering RealReports

RealReports’ AI engine, known as “Aiden,” is the heart of the Business Momentum Engine. CRMLS users have the option to switch to “Agentic Mode” and let Aiden perform tasks, knocking out several steps at once. You’ll still have full control over the approval process, but Aiden is there to streamline your manual efforts and save you time.

NOTE: Use of the enhanced Aiden AI in “Agentic Mode” deducts credits from your RealReports account based on prompt complexity. To help get you started, you’ll receive $5 in credits, just by completing the new Aiden onboarding process. To opt out of any costs associated with Aiden AI, use RealReports in “Classic Mode.”

Stay connected with your clients through automated, personalized home valuation reports delivered straight to their inbox. Powered by the same data resources that fill out RealReports, Pulse helps agents generate repeat business opportunities with smart engagement tracking, automated delivery schedules, and easy client management tools.

CRMLS users receive five Pulse reports at no additional cost. Additional reports are available for purchase.

How to access RealReports:

Step 1

To access RealReports, log in to your REcore Workspace and select the "Manage Apps" button on the right.

Step 2

Navigate to the "Core Products" section, then select the "RealReports" tile.

Step 3

From there, you’ll be directed to the RealReports registration
page.
